Visitors

Family and friends are most welcome to visit. Visitors are invited to present directly to the area being visited where sign in/sign out books are available. An access pin is required which can be provided by staff.

If as a visitor, you are unwell, please do not visit until you fully recover.

Visiting Pets

Pets are most welcome to visit with the resident. Owners are required to adhere to the following:
  • Pet must be on a leash at all times.
  • The pet must be registered with their local council.
  • The pet must demonstrate a suitable temperament for a residential aged care environment.
  • The pet must be appropriately cleaned, well-groomed and in good health.
  • The pet must be house trained, if going indoors.
  • The pet must be well trained and well behaved around people and other animals.
  • The pet must have current immunisations as required (evidence provided).
